The new building, part of the Ellerslie Crossing development, stands as a modern and functional addition to the area, combining innovative construction methods with practical design. The structure is built with durable pre-cast concrete panels, allowing for swift assembly of entire walls set on top of screw piles. The use of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels) further enhances the building’s sleek and contemporary aesthetic. The car wash includes a wash tunnel that offers state-of-the-art car wash equipment and 16 vacuums and dedicated mat washing stations. This design allows customers to fully clean their vehicles at a convenient location adjacent to an existing fuel station, quickly and efficiently, with access to both exterior and interior cleaning solutions.
